ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher on behalf of one of our clients in the transportation industry. You will be responsible for coordinating local and long-haul deliveries, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining strong relationships with drivers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate both local and long-haul routes for drivers.
• Support drivers with machine placement when needed and ensure proper load handling.
• Maintain ongoing communication with drivers and provide daily follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team: planner, dispatcher, operations director, and permit specialists.
• Manage local pickups and cross-border deliveries, including U.S. clients.
• Prepare daily line-ups and organize next-day logistics.
