People: Work alongside experienced, knowledgeable professionals who support your success. ---------------------------------------- POSITION SUMMARY The Replacement Sales Manager oversees all Replacement/Retail Sales Representatives. This leader is responsible for team performance, individual sales results, and adherence to budgeted goals. The role spends significant time in the field coaching sales representatives and may run customer appointments as needed to support appointment lead-time and workload requirements. ---------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Coaching * Maintain appropriate staffing levels for sales and support roles. * Spend the majority of time in the field observing, coaching, and developing Sales Representatives. * Train sales processes, techniques, and Pella-specific methodologies. * Ensure all team members have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. * Create a positive, accountable, and motivating team environment. Performance Management * Manage team using key Pella metrics, including: * Sales volume * Average discount * Yield per opportunity * Average order size * Close rate * CSR “Very Satisfied” percentage * Returns & allowances * Order and pricing accuracy * Maintain personal sales performance metrics consistent with established standards. Showroom & Lead Management * Train showroom personnel on lead generation best practices. * Manage showroom performance, including: * Accurate collection of marketing data * Conversion of contacts to leads and leads to opportunities * Effective scheduling and calendar coverage * Presentation skills and showroom condition/appearance ACE & Sales Process Oversight * Manage ACE opportunity workflow, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up, close date updates, and opportunity resulting within the Pella Direct Website.
