TENURE - FULL TIME (40 HOURS), 2-MONTH CONTRACT (WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION)

Title - Replenishment Analyst
Location - North York, ON M3C 4H9
Hours -8am - 5 pm Monday-Friday (4 days in office)
Pay Rate - $27 - $29/hr.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Replenishment Analyst to join one of our client’s retail supply chain
teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are in the right place at
the right time. You’ll manage inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and work closely with buying,
planning, and logistics teams to support in-store and online product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels across stores and distribution centers
  • Generate and manage purchase orders to meet demand while avoiding overstock or stockouts
  • Analyze sales data and forecast demand to optimize product availability
  • Partner with buyers and planners to align replenishment with promotions and seasonal trends
  • Track vendor lead times and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate product flow and resolve supply issues
  • Use replenishment systems and reporting tools to track performance and identify gaps
  • Review KPIs regularly (in-stock %, inventory turnover, fill rate) and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, or supply chain within a retail or

distribution environment

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP or replenishment systems (e.g., SAP, JDA, Oracle) is a plus
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
