POSITION SUMMARY: The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels in a chain of 35 Gift Shops across 12 states. Fun and fast-paced environment working with Buyers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Operations. Will work with traditional forecasting methodologies as well as machine predictive analytics. A deep understanding of applying analytics to forecast future demand will be necessary and will enforce Vendor Compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process replenishment reorders for Cloverkey 35-store chain including Kelli’s merchandise from on-site Distribution Center along with local vendors including Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Specialty Chocolates, Sandwiches & Ice Cream. Fast-paced environment with specific orders due each weekday. Candidate must thrive on meeting deadlines. Plan and manage store inventories based on rate of sale and min/max stock levels. Create Purchase Orders using information from the inventory planning software. Communicate with Gift Shop Store Managers to request cycle counts on select departments to ensure accuracy of inventory. Process inventory adjustments as needed. Identify, solve, and communicate out of stocks with Purchasing. Maintain a strong continuous improvement mindset to prevent future occurrences of product shortages. Assess demand drivers and analyze impact of seasonality and other business events on demand. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Business is preferred. 2+ years’ experience in replenishment, fulfillment, and inventory management with experience in managing a budget for sales, margin, and inventory. Retail or consumer goods industry experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent analytical skills and ability to plan, forecast, and exercise sound judgment. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proactive attitude with the ability to react to unforeseen situations. Strong communication skills; Exceptional math ability. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily inside climate controlled building
