In this role you will be responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels to fulfill customer demand, keeping the lowest total landed cost in mind. This position will align with other business teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all merchandise and achieve key metrics including fill rate. The Replenishment Analyst will work with traditional forecasting methodologies as well as machine predictive analytics. A deep understanding of applying analytics to forecast future demand will be necessary. As the supply chain grows, the Analyst will aid in onboarding new vendors. The Analyst will enforce Vendor Compliance. Responsibilities: Plan and manage inventories to achieve Fill Rate, Days of Inventory, and Inventory Turns. This will include the creation of Purchase Orders using information from the inventory planning software. Maintain supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement. Identify, solve, and communicate product shortages. Maintain a strong continuous improvement mindset to prevent future occurrences of product shortages. Assess demand drivers and analyze impact of seasonality and other business events on demand. Partner with Distribution Center and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies in supplier shipping and invoicing. Partner with Warehouse and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies in vendor shipping and invoicing. Requirements Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills and ability to plan, forecast, and exercise sound judgment. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proactive attitude with the ability to react to unforeseen situations. Strong communication skills; Exceptional math ability. Excellent data processing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and with vendors. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business 3+ years’ experience in replenishment, fulfillment, and inventory management with experience in managing a budget for sales, margin, and inventory. Retail or consumer goods industry experience.
