Position: Replenishment Analyst – Retail
Location: Etobicoke
We are looking for a Replenishment Analyst – Retail to support the growing team of our retail client in Etobicoke. This is a hybrid role, and you will be part of a team of highly talented and motivated people.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain) or Engineering degree
• 3-5 years supply chain experience preferably in Retail
• Technical savvy (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• French bilingual an asset
• SAP experience an asset

• Participate in the implementation of new/revised costing methodologies
• Revise costing errors and review action discrepancies with distributor
• Identify and record planned costing changes and corrections throughout the year
• Manage product assortments in SAP
• Manage vendor on-boarding processes
• Assist in supply category operation reporting, forecasting and replenishment
• Ensure that shortages are managed, and correct information is in the system
• Engage with the finance department to manage financial impact of stock adjustments
• Ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery outbound and inbound material movement to meet supply chain requirements
• Drive store level inventory performance: In-stocks, filing rate, on-time delivery and forecast variances
• Lead meetings/calls with clients to review future promotional schedules and support inventory strategies, upcoming modular changes, current issues, and other category initiatives
