WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Replenishment and Compliance Analyst who embraces numbers and enjoys working on Excel for long hours to join our supply chain team
This position will be based out of our distribution center in Nottingham.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Experience working with transportation and supply chain management, supply chainanalysis or retail analysis is preferred

• Supports the Replenishment team’s core daily/ weekly/ monthly routines
• Opens DC transfer orders as guided by Replenishment Senior Manager and arrangesshipments with transportation team
• Collaborates closely with warehouse team to ensure transfer orders are shipped ONTime in Full
• Coordinates replenishment of Free-Standing Store warehouse and controls target safetystock setting
• Maintains daily ETA report to provide visibility of all incoming shipments to the DC teamsin the DECIEM network
• Supports manufacturing date rework process on Koreans SKUs
• Attend the Weekly Supply Calls with DCs
• Publishes the meeting summary of weekly production calls, DC calls & ad-hocmeetings
• Thoroughly documents and updates status of products with production delays, QAissues, packing shortages/late-arrivals, etc.
