Position Summary
Overseeing the Replenishment team, the Replenishment Lead Hand and team of Replenishers ensure stock is merchandised from the receiving bay to the sales floor, ensuring aisles are tidy and free from debris and shelves full. The shifts are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm and the wage range is $24 - $25.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as top priorities.
• Oversee the Replenishment Team
• Responsible for replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor from the stockroom
• Assists in the stocking/merchandising of incoming truck freight to the sales floor and stockroom.
• Restock merchandise on selling floor.
• Pack downs.
• Organization of the stockroom
• Position will be working inside and outside.
• Assist in keeping product signage/ pricing accurate.
• Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Keyholder
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends.
• In store marketing experience an asset
• Perform repetitive lifting.
• Forklift/scissor lift experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight
