Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels and ensuring products are available for purchase to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish inventory as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data and forecast demand to prevent stockouts
- Collaborate with the production team to align inventory levels with production schedules
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the replenishment process
Requirements:
- Experience in production planning and logistics
- Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and systems
- Proficiency in analyzing data using tools such as Nielsen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data mining and analysis
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
