ABOUT THIS POSITION

Reporting to the WA Replenishment Manager, we’re looking for someone reliable, curious, and confident enough to take ownership of the replenishment process, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping our Regional Sites stocked and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing daily stock orders through our system (TOM) based on sales data and stock on hand.
  • Working closely with key suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
  • Reviewing supplier performance and identifying potential gaps.
  • Responding to email enquiries from internal stakeholders (think Branch Managers, Sales GMs)
  • Juggling a high volume of admin and inbox traffic with grace and focus.
  • Creating reports and analysing data to inform your decisions.
  • Forecasting future needs based on historical trends - no pricing negotiations required.
  • Supporting our wider WA and NT stock planning needs (you’ll be Perth based but supporting more than just your backyard!)

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Have a background in replenishment or inventory planning.
  • Are highly organised and systematic in your approach.
  • Enjoy critical thinking, solving problems, and proactively avoiding stock issues before they arise
  • Have solid Excel and reporting skills.
  • Can keep cool under pressure when juggling emails, last-minute changes, and unexpected challenges.
  • Thrive in an admin-heavy role where attention to detail is non-negotiable
