Welcome to Bosch. This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory. Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region. R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers. Job Description Tasks in the context of project e.g. forecast HC, forecast specific cost, project calculation etc. Manage and support tasks/process of CTG team (Write-off/back, Deepdive, myMeasures TP-BP). Implement supporting report as Adhoc-tasks Support other administrative tasks as requested for e.g. BP, CF and MBR. Responsible for central reports for CTG team e.g. Sale FC, IDC report, Investment tracking, TEF working hour and etc. Tech. cost center review & reponsibility (QMC, HRL, DBE, etc.). Qualifications Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Qualifications: Good command in English. Basic knowledge about budgeting, actual check, presentation skills. Ability to work in cross functional teams, with other departments, locations, entities and with different level of hierarchies. Ability to work under pressure and keep tight due dates. Good English skills for communication with JP, DE, IN, German preferred due to LP contact. Excellent presentation skills and being able to present result of ProCal, EVOB, etc.… up to executive management of plants, BU, region. Reliability / working self-responsible with limited guidance/support by supervisor. Being able to execute complex calculations and strong logical thinking. Entrepreneurial thinking.. Commercial knowledge as background. Strong affiliation with IT tools (e.g. SAP). Strong decision making and being able to present / impose to other colleagues / departments. Strive to improve / develop current tools / processes and provide solutions across the plant / BU.
