Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and building intuitive dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Location: GTA, Hybrid 1-day in office
Status: Contract

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have Reliability Clearance or eligible to obtain clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL or other data manipulation languages
• 2+ years of experience developing dashboards and decision-support tools using Tableau and other BI platforms
• Proven ability to build end-to-end BI solutions, including complex calculations and advanced dashboard techniques
• Strong understanding of data transformation and consolidation
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to uncover business trends and opportunities
• Experience presenting insights and analytics to senior leadership
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Must Have:
• Proficiency in Tableau dashboard and report development
• Solid understanding of data modeling and experience collaborating with Data Engineers
• Nice to Have:
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Amazon QuickSight

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Implement advanced Tableau features such as Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, action filters, and user filters
• Consolidate and transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Continuously monitor and improve reporting performance and data accuracy
• Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data models support reporting needs
