Job Description Add information for job order/sample on system based on information of application, quotations, emails, pictures, Lab request form ect. Issue/send the (preliminary/official) reports to clients after they are reviewed/checked/approved by designated persons. Revise reports as per client requirements. Follow turn around time of test results and ask Lab to send them on time Answer client questions concerning test reports by gathering information from related sections Update technical knowledge about parameters, methods, regulations of food testing in order to issue test reports to meet client's expectation Support clients to check the specs, MRLs or market regulations of their samples whether their samples are pass or fail Explain the results, and answer client's concerns of test reports by working with related departments (if needed) Take note of client's rules and follow accordingly Receive client's complaints and follow up with related departments until they are closed. Comply with QHSE policy & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, ISO17025, etc.). Other tasks as requested by Team Leader/ Supervisor/ Manager Qualifications University or College graduation with related background (Analytical Chemistry/ Food Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology) Willing working in shift English skills: reading & writing Good communication skill Typing and computer skills
