They started purchasing vintage clothing in the USA and selling it wholesale, which eventually led to the creation of stores. The role Ensure that data and information are reported accurately and in a timely manner. Providing data to generate relevant and up-to-date reports, supporting quick and effective business decision-making for both current and future needs. Supporting stakeholders by presenting data in a format that is easy to understand, enhancing operational efficiency. Main tasks & responsibilities Main Duties Updating Reports : Generate collected data into regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and additional reports customized to meet specific requirements. Monitoring Data and Collaboration: Regularly check data for accuracy and collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless data integration for operational business. Responsibilities Data Collection : Gather data and ensuring its accuracy and completeness Data Management : Organize data in a systematic way for easy access and reporting Data Preparation : Transform data into a structured format that is suitable for reporting and analysis. Report Generation : Prepare and generate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) based on business needs, and customize reports to meet the specific requirements of different departments or stakeholders. Monitoring Data Accuracy : Regularly check the data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and address any discrepancies or errors in the data reporting, making necessary corrections as needed Collaboration : Work with other departments to ensure smooth data integration and alignment on reporting needs About you Strong analytical skill and attention to detail for ensuring accurate reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level: formulas, lookup, pivot table, reporting). Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines under pressure. Problem-solving mindset to address reporting discrepancies or gaps efficiently. Good communication and collaboration skills. What's in it for you?
