Position Summary: The IndySoft Administrator is primarily responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of all data and processes within the IndySoft system. In addition to IndySoft administration, this role supports general office operations and assists with a variety of administrative and logistical tasks as needed. Primary Responsibilities (IndySoft-Focused): • Serve as the primary administrator for IndySoft, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records • Manage asset, calibration, customer, and documentation data within IndySoft • Maintain system organization, data integrity, and compliance with company procedures • Generate reports, certificates, and documentation from IndySoft as required • Troubleshoot basic IndySoft issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies • Ensure timely updates and proper record retention within the system Additional Office Responsibilities: • Maintain and support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed • Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing shipments, tracking deliveries, and verifying incoming items • Support invoicing and billing processes, including documentation and record maintenance • Perform filing, data entry, inventory tracking, and general clerical duties • Communicate with staff, vendors, and customers regarding documentation, orders, and logistics • Perform any other office-related duties as assigned, not limited to shipping, receiving, and invoicing Qualifications & Skills: • Experience with IndySoft or similar management systems preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent office software • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
