You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering the suite of salesforce content to our teams. You will also provide performance analysis and provide leaders with insights and recommendations for improvement. You will have become the first point of contact for salesforce reporting content and support your leader with data analysis as required. You will have created and delivered meaningful custom salesforce reports and dashboards that provide our teams with visibility on productivity and performance In the first 4-6 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered: Centralised salesforce reporting content provided to our teams. Deliver regular workload plans and resource forecasts to leaders. Uncover areas for improvement and working with the relevant BT, Product and Data Science teams to recommend solutions on data quality issues. In the first 7-12 months, the successful incumbent is expected to have delivered: Conducted analysis and presented back to leaders with insights and recommendations to improve performance.
