*Must have experience in the Pool Design or Construction Industry About the Role Our client is a growing construction services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team in Anna, TX. This is a key role for someone who thrives in Excel, understands the nuances of reporting within a pool or construction environment, and can transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial and operational reports, dashboards, and charts for internal stakeholders Analyze accounting data to track project costs, margin trends, and performance metrics Extract and manipulate data from CRM, accounting, and ERP systems to generate custom reporting solutions Identify reporting gaps and help implement process improvements through automation and workflow efficiencies Collaborate cross-functionally with field, finance, and executive teams to deliver timely and accurate reports Qualifications 2–4 years of professional experience in reporting, accounting, or financial analysis—ideally in a construction or trades-related environment High-level Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, macros, charting, etc.) Strong technical aptitude with experience pulling data from multiple systems (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, job cost platforms) Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize large data sets into clear summaries Ability to commute daily to the Anna, TX office Preferred Skills Experience with job costing, project accounting, or WIP reporting Familiarity with construction-specific software (e.g., Procore, Sage, Buildertrend, or similar) Why Join Us?
