How you’ll make an impact:

  • Prepare quarterly reports for internal Account Managers and external clients
  • Prepare accompanying analysis reports and cost saving alternative reports as required
  • Communicate effectively regarding report status and complete tasks on time
  • Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers when requiring additional data
  • Build rapport with clients and, as required, assist Account Managers with presenting report findings
  • Navigate Microsoft Access databases and process bi-weekly and monthly data imports
  • Prepare and assist clients with submitting mandated government and legislative report requirements
  • Address any questions/concerns from team members, clients and suppliers
  • Research claim trend anomalies when requested by Account Managers and their support team
  • Prepare quarterly reports for internal Account Managers and external clients
  • Gain understanding of internal database reporting systems and recommend processes and projects to enhance efficiency

About you:
Post-secondary graduate from an accredited college or university. A business related diploma would be an asset.
Data enthusiast
Practical understanding of benefits administration processes is considered an asset
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with strong analytical/problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced professional team environment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work closely with team members to implement new tools and procedures that will increase both the accuracy and efficiency of the process
