Job Description The Reporting Analyst – Global Business Operations role helps IFS to execute on business goals by performing core business reporting for effective business insight across the organization. This role works at the intersection of analytics, operations, and innovation - building advanced dashboards, automating data processes, and collaborating across global teams to support impactful, data-driven decisions. Duties and Accountabilities (including but not limited to) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reporting & Insights Develop and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel and validated data sources to deliver actionable insights Perform in-depth KPI analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the business Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and prioritized next-best actions to improve customer retention and maximize recurring revenue Produce timely ad hoc and scheduled reports tailored to executive stakeholders’ needs, ensuring alignment with the business cadence Partner with the business by presenting insights arising from analysis, using compelling visuals and narratives that drive clarity and alignment across business units Data Strategy & Models Make recommendations and manage requests for changes to data models to be used as data sources for reporting Perform in-depth analysis of requirements to furnish new KPI data to the business Proactively identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, quality, and relevance Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with global teams in sales, marketing, renewals, and customer success to deliver data-driven insights that enhance revenue performance Develop and deliver compelling data stories tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives Champion data literacy by coaching colleagues on analytics tools, interpretation of insights, and data-driven practices Facilitate cross-functional data-sharing initiatives to unlock incremental business value and foster continuous innovation Automation & Innovation Automate recurring reporting and business processes using Power BI and other modern scripting tools Explore AI and machine learning techniques to build predictive models Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive efficiency and scale analytics capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or forecasting roles, preferably within the enterprise software or SaaS industry Professional certifications such as Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, Power BI Certification, and experience with AI/ML toolkits or GenAI for data interpretation and automation High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot and other productivity tools Experience with IFS applications and/or IFS Cloud is advantageous Expertise in data analysis, data models, and systems-based problem-solving Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot) Familiarity with enterprise data architectures, including CRM/ERP data structures and data warehousing principles Strong business acumen and financial modelling knowledge (TCV, ARR, ACV, TCO) with an understanding of SaaS metrics and licensing models Proven ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to cross-functional, executive, and non-technical audiences Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with a collaborative, agile, and continuous improvement mindset Results-driven with strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize time-critical deliverables Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership Additional Information We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.
