Hutcheon Mearns have been engaged by a global oil service company to source a Reporting Analyst on a full time, staff basis. This role will be based in Aberdeen with hybrid and flexible working. This presents an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for career progression and development.
This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial consolidation, controls, and reporting in a global environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Group Finance team by assisting with financial reporting, analysis, and controls. To be considered, candidates must be fully qualified with practice or industry experience.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

• ICAS/ACCA/ACA qualified or similar
• Experience in financial reporting, statutory accounts preparation, or similar role
• Solid understanding of IFRS and their application in financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel, experience with ERP systems or financial consolidation software is a plus
• Exposure to consolidation processes, financial analysis, and external audit (preferred)
• Knowledge of financial controls frameworks and best practices (preferred)
