Job Summary: The Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic business decisions. This role focuses on data extraction, transformation, and analysis to ensure the delivery of accurate, actionable insights across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract and transform data. * Design, build, and optimize reports and dashboards using SQL-based reporting tools such as SSRS, or Power BI * Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, data quality issues, and key business performance metrics. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into scalable SQL solutions. * Automate recurring reporting processes through SQL scheduling tools (e.g., SQL Agent) or data integration workflows. * Support data governance initiatives by monitoring data integrity and enforcing reporting standards. Ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and reliable across all reporting.   Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.  * Basic proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write SELECT statements and a foundational understanding of JOINs, WHERE clauses, common syntax, and temporary tables.  * Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus.  * Capable of working with key stakeholders and executive leaders to evaluate potential risks and translate business requirements into layman’s terms.  * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, with experience in creating pivot tables, using VLOOKUP formulas, and performing data clean up.  * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  * Excellent attention to detail.  * Strong written and verbal communication skills.  * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.  * Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment but can independently manage workload.    Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a TPA, insurance carrier, or medical cost containment company
