Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and preferably experience in the mortgage industry. This role involves analyzing mortgage-related data, creating reports, and supporting operational and business decision-making through data insights. Essential Job Functions: Confidentiality: Maintains high level of confidentiality. Organization: Develops and maintains system to organize and easily retrieve information obtained in execution of job duties. Communication: Communicates well verbally and in writing with co-workers and customers Responsibilities Analyze mortgage data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and data models Use advanced Excel functions to organize, analyze, and present data Support mortgage operations teams with data analysis and reporting needs Ensure data accuracy and maintain documentation of processes and reports Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and reporting efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role Mortgage industry experience preferred, including familiarity with loan origination, servicing, or mortgage operations Experience working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel Demonstrated experience using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and IF formulas Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support business decisions Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as: VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX & MATCH, IF statements Data validation and conditional formatting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Education: College Degree or equivalent work experience Min USD $31.25/Hr. Max USD $36.06/Hr.
