Account specific roles and responsibilities: Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases, including platforms such as UKG. Develop, maintain, and update regular reports and dashboards to support business operations and leadership reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and reporting tools. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and resolve data-related issues in coordination with relevant teams. At least 6 months experience in Data Analysis / Reporting Analyst Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio). Detailed oriented and organized Good verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
