We are looking to fill the position of Reporting Analyst Team Lead to help with our continued growth and contribute to our future.

You’ll play a key role in providing technical support and subject matter expertise to our team of Reporting Analysts in Recovery Solutions. In this role, you’ll take the lead on reporting initiatives, building dashboards and data models, analyzing complex datasets, and administering the Power BI platform — all to help drive informed decision-making across Recovery Solutions. Other highlights of the position include:

  • Gather, compile, analyze and disseminate relevant operational metrics and KPI’s to management and customers as frequently as daily.
  • Provide customized reporting for customers including KPI’s and status of work being performed.
  • Use Power BI to develop reports, build dashboards, data models and analyze data to support business decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Recovery leaders to understand their business needs and provide required information to support process changes and operational efficiencies.
  • Review and validate reports created by the Reporting Analysts prior to customer delivery.
  • Troubleshoot, report, and handle escalated and / or complex report related inquiries or issues from team members or clients.
  • Provide day to day supervision and oversight to a team of Reporting Analysts including scheduling, monitoring performance, assigning work and conducting training.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer recipients of reporting to ensure reporting is understood and continues to meet or exceed expectations.

What you’ll need:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (minimum of a college diploma or certificate), along with 3+ years of experience in a related industry and/or data analytics role.
  • Expert knowledge of data management, analysis methodologies, and statistical techniques to design research projects, analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis tools, and complex formulas; experience with Access, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with industry standards for reporting metrics and protocols.
  • Strong ability to organize, analyze, and synthesize business process information.
  • Experience developing reports, validating service standards, conducting detailed and predictive analysis, and presenting findings with advanced presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity, independent thinking, and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
