Description The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the timely extraction, formatting, and distribution of periodic business reports. You will use Microsoft tools to transform data from various sources into organized, readable spreadsheets and dashboards that help management track performance. Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Data Extraction: Pulling raw data from internal databases, CMR systems or EHR software (Medent and Raintree) Report Generation: Using Excel to compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports Data Validation: Checking for errors, missing values, or "weird" numbers before the report goes out Maintenance: Updating existing report templates and ensuring formulas remain functional Distribution: Sharing reports via Outlook, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams to relevant stakeholders Systems: Running reports in Medent and Raintree and other software systems that the company may require Technical Skills Microsoft Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Filtering Excel (Advanced): Conditional Formatting, IF statements, and basic Macros (VBA) Microsoft Outlook: Managing distribution lists and scheduling automated report deliveries SharePoint/Microsoft Teams: Organizing files in a central location for team access Power BI (Preferred): Basic ability to refresh data or view dashboards EDUCATION High School and GED required. Health care background preferred Experience running all reports EXPERIENCE Two years’ experience in medical accounts receivable (A/R) resolution required. Prior experience in a health care organization, orthopedic setting preferred.
