What You’ll Do: As a Reporting & Analytics Business Support Consultant you’ll serve as a key liaison between business partners and technical teams, driving the development of new reporting and analytics solutions. You will also:

  • Lead collaborative sessions to define key metrics, performance indicators, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver clear, timely communications, including action plans, timelines, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Partner with internal and external technical teams to gather, document, and share business requirements for reporting productions and solutions.
  • Engage in ongoing knowledge sharing with data analysts to deepen mutual understanding of business and technical processes, enhancing awareness of constraints and opportunities during development.
  • Support the analytics team in testing and validating reporting outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to serve as a trusted point of contact to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of dashboards and visualizations that improve data accessibility and comprehension.
