Our Reporting & Analytics Developers play a key role in turning complex data into clear, meaningful insights that support organisational objectives and improve outcomes across the business. In this role, you’ll apply strong analytical and statistical techniques to develop high‑quality reporting solutions and visualisations that are fit for purpose and tailored to your audience. Working closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams, you’ll help shape reporting from concept through to delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidence in the data. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining reports using modern reporting tools, validating data across multiple sources, and presenting results through well‑designed dashboards, visual storytelling, and clear narrative. You’ll work extensively with Oracle ERP data structures, Oracle FAIDP and Oracle OTBI to ensure reporting is robust, reliable and aligned with enterprise data standards. You’ll also contribute to improving analytics and data‑management workflows, stay current with emerging trends in analytics technologies, and actively engage with the wider analytics community. Aligned with the level of the role, we envision that the base salary will be between NZD $71,200 – $106,800, depending on skills and experience. This is a full‑time, permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Mōu ake | About You You bring a strong systems or analytics background, with a genuine interest in understanding the why behind the data and how insights can add value for the business. You’ll have proven experience developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, along with a solid understanding of query tools, analytics programming languages, and data‑modelling concepts. Experience working with enterprise-scale systems such as Oracle ERP and familiarity with FAIDP and OTBI as well as an appreciation for data quality, governance, and security will be key to your success. You’re a clear and confident communicator, able to explain technical or data‑related concepts in a way that builds understanding and trust with a wide range of stakeholders. You enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in delivering reliable, high‑quality outcomes, and are committed to continuous professional development. You’ll ideally have: · A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline · A minimum of 1 year experience working with reporting and analytics tools including Oracle FAIDP, Oracle OTBI, Oracle BIP and Power BI · An understanding of analytics programming languages and modelling concepts · A minimum of 1 year experience working with complex data environments and multiple data sources including Oracle ERP · A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset and strong attention to detail At Beca, you’ll be supported to grow your technical expertise, contribute to meaningful work, and be part of a team that values collaboration, learning, and quality outcomes.
