JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Reporting and Analytics Specialist, Stores to help shape data-driven decision making across all TJX Canada locations. In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful operational reporting solutions using advanced business intelligence and data visualization tools. Your insights will empower leaders to forecast trends, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Partners with business stakeholders, including Global Continuous Improvement and IT partners to identify key data elements and systemic integrations required to create and deliver impactful reporting and dashboards using Excel, Access, Power BI and other tools as necessary
  • Responsible for managing department reporting (annual, monthly, quarterly, weekly, daily); designs, builds, maintains, and publishes reports to meet business needs
  • Researches and identifies opportunities to improve process efficiencies and deliver better business intelligence through reporting, including but not limited to: RPA, Power BI and Power Automate solutions
  • Performs user testing on new reports and reviews reports/applications to evaluate effectiveness and readiness before roll-out to the report end users; delivers end user training and ongoing support for Store reporting processes and modeling tools
