The Global Regulatory Affairs Office (GRAO) is responsible for strengthening enterprise risk management and control frameworks, remediating regulatory and audit findings, and managing global regulatory affairs. The Reporting and Analytics Senior Consultant reports to the GRAO Program Management Office (PMO) and plays a key role in enabling the GRAO strategy. This position supports business intelligence and reporting for large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects and workstreams. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance program data, repositories, and business intelligence solutions to communicate program objectives, risks, issues, and overall status. Independently lead the collection, translation, and operationalization of program and source-system data into effective reporting solutions. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, ensure clarity of acceptance criteria, and drive solution adoption. Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and toolkits to strengthen execution of complex, cross-enterprise initiatives. Proactively identify risks and issues, escalate roadblocks as needed, and drive resolution with end-to-end ownership. Act as a point of contact for the GRAO Business Intelligence team, including supporting and mentoring less-experienced team members. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Project Strong experience developing program and portfolio reporting, dashboards, and management insights Expertise in data management, data modeling, and reporting solutions for large, multi‑workstream programs Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics Experience building and supporting PowerApps (model-driven and canvas apps preferred) Ability to integrate and translate source system data into actionable business intelligence outputs Experience with SharePoint and SQL server Familiarity with program management repositories, tooling, and governance frameworks Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities applied to complex, enterprise-scale initiatives Desired Education: BSc/BA diploma Working with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
