DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reporting and Documentation Controller (UAE National) to manage and oversee the documentation process for our projects and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are properly filed, maintained, and easily accessible, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and between stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update document control systems and databases.
  • Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored.
  • Distribute project-related documents to internal teams and external parties.
  • Track documents to ensure timely review, approval, and return.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to document status and compliance.
  • Assist in audits and ensure documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.
  • Archive inactive documents in accordance with retention policies.
  • Support project teams with document formatting, version control, and filing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • UAE National with a Family Book
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
