Maximus is seeking a Reporting and Metrics Analyst to support work with a Health client remotely.
The Reporting and Metrics Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and developing reports and performance metrics that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency of the IT Help Desk operations. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data-driven insights are accessible, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.

JOB-SPECIFIC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 years of related work experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. An associate’s degree + 2 years of work-related experience or a high school diploma/ GED + 4 years of work-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
  • Due to federal requirements, candidates must be US Citizens without Dual Citizenship to another country.
  • The ability to obtain, and maintain, a Public Trust clearance is required.

Responsibilities
  • Track and report on performance metrics, SLAs, and help desk statistics
  • Develop and maintain the Dynamic Online Dashboard.
  • Generate monthly reports and analyze ticket data.
  • Provide insights for improving IT Help Desk operations.
