MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum A-C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
· Good level of analytical and computer-based skills – Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE -

Support the Quality & Procurement function with analytical reporting activities, delivering results in a timely and accurate manner completing reporting and other ad hoc requests.
Quality & Procurement Systems & Tools – Support systems maintenance & updates and drive continuous improvement activities (e.g., Reliance, QSW, QDA, APQP, Bravo Solutions)
Drive Q&P Systems training and support to business stakeholders to ensure effective use of tools whilst maintaining stakeholder engagement.
Audit support and administration – Support the external and Internal Q&P related audit programs/certifications by conducting internal audits, maintaining associated documentation, and helping with organisational activities.
Customer Quality administration which includes but not limited to customer related activities e.g.: Questionnaire support, Voucher Requests etc.
This role is a key contributor to the effective collaboration with LPRO management team members within Quality & Procurement, each of the European markets and other LPRO internal stakeholders. The role needs to support the system agenda’s ensuring that they are effectively implemented working closely with the other team members. The primary system for LPRO Q&FS is the Reliance system, through which there is capability to manage other business processes, in addition to core processes.
