We are offering a Tamheer Program opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience for recent graduates to develop practical skills in data analysis, reporting, and business insights within a professional work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining periodic and ad-hoc reports and dashboards Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy Support the analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights Help translate business requirements into reporting and analytical outputs Monitor data quality and report discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs Document reporting processes, metrics, and definitions Support improvements and automation of reporting processes Required Qualifications Eligible for the Tamheer Program Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting concepts Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
