JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a skilled Reporting Manager to enhance our project management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the reporting function, ensuring the comprehensive collection and accurate analysis of data related to our projects. Your insights will drive strategic initiatives, inform decision-making, and contribute to the achievement of JASARA PMC's goals in delivering impactful social infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the reporting framework to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all project-related data. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements and tailor reports to meet their needs. Prepare and present periodic performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends. Analyze data to identify insights that inform the decision-making process and enhance project performance. Train and mentor team members on best reporting practices and tools. Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or project management. Strong knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for presenting information clearly. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is advantageous.
