Produce Vanguard’s Baseline Service, the Environmental Management System (EMS)

• Responsibly, properly & time-effectively produce EMS projects as assigned, including any related administrative tasks [Auto-CAD (training provided), hard-copy documentation, compliance research for states and international regulations by specific nations];
• Analyze & input hazard identification data from numerous Safety Data Sheets (SDSs);
• Serve as a “Client Service Attendant” (CSA) providing frontline support for online users.
• Communicate with clients & Vanguard staff via phone & email to retrieve any necessary data pertaining to projects assigned;
• Carefully review work assigned, & participate in peer-review of other Reporting Specialists’ work to ensure “Total Quality Environmental Management;”
• AutoCad skills development for facility layouts to accompany compliance reports.
