Description
The Finance Service Delivery Team Managers are responsible for leading a team that has end to end accountability for our core finance processes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, people management and operational oversight. The Record to Report Team Manager is responsible for managing the preparation, analysis and completion of our Management Performance Reporting and Board Reporting packs for our Finance Directors, CFO and shareholders. The team manager will also be responsible for our Finance Support tasks, including but not limited to subledger reviews, balance sheets, budget and rolling forecast co-ordination. The role will work collaboratively with leaders and colleagues to deliver effective and efficient services and to lead and coach their teams to deliver operational excellence. Additionally, they will play a key role in influencing, shaping and driving service delivery operational and strategic improvements. Building and maintaining excellent relationships across all stakeholders to drive operational excellence and ongoing continuous improvement is key. In this role you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders including our Finance Service Delivery teams, Finance Business Partnering, Business Planning, Traffic Insights etc.
