Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Lead and mentor a team of reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to SLAs. Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and manage priorities to meet deadlines. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for skill development. Reporting & Analytics Oversight Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards. Validate accuracy and consistency of all reports before submission. Oversee automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for reporting-related queries from Operations, WFM, Quality, and client teams. Communicate insights and trends to leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Escalate risks related to SLA breaches and recommend corrective actions. Process Improvement & Governance Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement best practices. Standardize reporting templates and documentation for scalability. Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards. Skills & Competencies Required Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau. Solid understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design. Knowledge of SQL and data extraction techniques. Familiarity with CRM, dialer systems, and workforce management tools. Leadership Competencies People Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Strategic Thinking: Align reporting initiatives with business objectives. Communication: Clear and effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Resolve complex data and process challenges. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
