    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reports/BI Developer to join our data team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights using BI tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for report logic, data sources, and business rules.
  • Support data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data warehouses or data marts as needed.
