Position Summary The Reports and Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for generating reports, analyzing data trends, automating reporting processes, and supporting stakeholders with accurate and timely business intelligence. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for data storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Dashboard: Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for business leaders and stakeholders. Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations to monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all delivered reports. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. Translate complex data into clear insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Excellence, Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Data Management & Quality Validate and clean datasets to ensure integrity and reliability of reporting outputs. Assist in maintaining databases, data sources, and documentation related to reporting processes. Work with IT and data governance teams to improve data accuracy and accessibility. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks using tools such as Excel macros, SQL, or BI tools. Optimize data pipelines and streamline reporting workflows for greater efficiency. Support the implementation of new reporting tools and platforms. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles. Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and one or more BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences. High attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience working in a shared services, BPO, or global support environment. Familiarity with data warehouse structures and tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Understanding of KPIs related to Customer Service, Billing, or Operations is a plus.
