Management pushes you more assignments as the night goes. You find the car, hook it up, and drop it at the nearest impound lot. Our office team handles the paperwork from there. You stay in the field. Support is there all night if you need anything. Requirements Valid driver's license, clean record 23 or older (insurance requirement) Experience on a tow truck — wheel-lift, self-loader, or flatbed Pass a background check and drug test Keep your cool when things get tense — this job involves dealing with people Good Fit If You've Been In: Law enforcement — If you've worked as an officer, deputy, or sheriff's deputy, you already know how to handle people in tough situations.
