We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. The typical workweek is five consecutive days, starting Sunday, from 4 PM until 4 AM with a 1-hour lunch break at 9 PM. We have assigned, well maintained, late model take-home trucks. Repossession agents are asked to; Follow company policy and procedures Provide detailed updates on account activities Complete detailed recovery and condition reports Keep a clean & well-conditioned company vehicle Compensation: Repossession agents earn an average of $62,000.00 annually, with some earning $15k to $30k more. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, employer-sponsored health insurance and retirement benefits. Requirements The applicant must: • be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license. • possess a valid TDLR Tow Operator License. • be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment. • not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years. • not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years. • meet work schedule expectations. The applicant should: • be experienced with basic computer and typing skills. • have at least 1-year wheel-lift wrecker experience. • be comfortable with driving extended hours. • be comfortable working evenings and nights.
Responsibilities
Repossession agents are responsible for recovering vehicles and providing detailed updates on account activities. They must also complete recovery and condition reports while maintaining a company vehicle.
