TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
-This dynamic position has multiple hats, including (but not limited to); ticket booth attendant, F&B service, wheel platform attendant and site ambassador.
-Greet and engage with all guests in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
-Responds to all guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
-Address any concerns that guests may have, escalating to the supervisors when necessary
-Executes their job in accordance with the approved training guidelines.
-Ensures all safety guidelines and protocols are followed while interacting with guests and employees. This includes all safety procedures related to the Ferris wheel and attraction site
-Carries out other job-related activities and works positively alongside all other team members, site supervisors and/or Managers.
