• Posséder au minimum 1 an d’expérience pertinente en vente automobile;
• Avoir de l’entregent, posséder un excellent service à la clientèle et être passionné par la vente;
• Capacité à travailler sous pression;
• Professionnalisme, courtoisie et présentation soignée;
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de négociation;
• Aptitude organisationnelle et attention aux détails;
• Capacité de travailler dans un environnement d’équipe pour atteindre des objectifs communs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in automotive sales;
• Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;

• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.

• Greet the client and establish a relationship of trust;
• Listen to the customer’s needs and ask the right questions;
• Explain to customers the particularities of the different models in order to guide them in their choice;
• Client follow-up (client prospecting);
• Test drive with customers;
• Keep abreast of new products and their advantages in terms of products, features, accessories, etc.
• Accompany the customer throughout the steps leading to the delivery of the vehicle;
• Follow company procedures;
• All other related tasks.
