POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our sales team is the “Hub of the Wheel” that has driven us to be the leader in our industry. As a highly motivated and driven sales professional you will have access to sell and distribute the top products and trusted brands in the automotive and tire equipment industry.
You will have the opportunity to build on an existing customer base and build relationships with clients over time by providing consistent service, honest pricing and quality products.
B-Line is a 100% Canadian family owned and operated business that started in 1985. We have grown across the country to become one of the leading suppliers in the automotive industry distributing equipment, tools and shop supplies to customer such as: Fountain Tire, Kal Tire, OK Tire, Car Dealerships and independent repair shops.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent communication and listening skills
-Interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Intrinsically motivated
-High level of honesty and integrity
-Ability to travel out of town when required
-Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
-Experience in the automotive industry (mechanical or tire experience)
-Experience in route sales or territory management
-Comfortable with basic computer skills (email/excel)
Pay based on experience. Base + Commission structure.
