Concord National is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your territory, build meaningful relationships with retail partners, and play a key role in driving growth for some of Canada’s leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable with a mix of sitting, standing, and light physical activity.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs when managing merchandising materials.
  • Frequent computer/iPad use for reports, planning, and communication.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales in your assigned territory through regular in-person visits and strong follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with retail decision-makers.
  • Build tailored sales strategies to help stores meet goals and optimize performance.
  • Negotiate product placement and in-store visibility to maximize brand impact.
  • Conduct store audits, manage promotional plans, and handle merchandising tasks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and share industry insights with leadership.
  • Use CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline and stay organized.
  • Represent Concord National at trade shows and industry events.
  • Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador in every interaction.
