• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et présentation professionnelle.

· Attend pre-qualified and pre-booked In-Home Consultations for remodeling/renovation projects
· Assess scope of work and collaborate with customer on design and product selection
· Provide professional, courteous and tactful sales presentations and contract signing
· Prepare estimates and submit final quotes to customers
· Offer and apply promotional codes or discounts
· Ensure timely follow up and tracking of all pending quotes
· Accurately update CRM system and ensure all customer information, details, specs and pricing are accurate
