Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a disciplined, motivated Sales Development Representative to fuel our upper-funnel activities, maintain a high-quality CRM database, and generate a steady stream of qualified opportunities for our sales team. You’ll research and target accounts, clean and enrich our database, and connect with decision-makers to book discovery calls that lead to new business.
Your main mission: Boost pipeline value by generating qualified leads and securing discovery calls with strategic prospects and accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Prospecting & Outreach (60% of your time)

  • Identify and research target accounts and contacts within our ICP.
  • Import and organize them in the CRM.
  • Engage leads via LinkedIn, email sequences, phone calls, and other outbound channels.

Lead Qualification & Opportunity Generation (20% of your time)

  • Conduct initial outreach to engage and qualify prospects.
  • Ask discovery questions to assess fit and buying intent.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls for the Head of Sales or CEO.

CRM Database Management (10% of your time)

  • Audit, clean, and enrich CRM data for accuracy and relevance.
  • Keep detailed records of outreach, activities, and prospect interactions.

Tradeshow & Event Support (10% of your time)

  • Prospect and book meetings ahead of industry events.
  • Represent Relion at tradeshows, capturing leads and ensuring prompt follow-up.
