OVERVIEW:

We are an independent high-end men’s fashion brand based in Montreal, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product information while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our online clientele and business partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle online store operations via Shopify.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Assist the wholesale sales department with order entry, phone calls and other various tasks.
  • Manage B2B sales inquiries and orders with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Meet and greet customers who visit our showroom
  • Maintain phone etiquette and professionalism during all interactions with customers.
  • Uphold the brand’s high standards of luxury while collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales is required.
  • B2B sales experience in mandatory.
  • Shopify knowledge is required.
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to engage in upselling techniques effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
