REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced English level is required
• Experience in customer service or call center is desirable
• At least 18 years old and High School Diploma
• Peruvian Citizenship or work permit
• Strong communication and computer skills

• Provide a great customer experience
• Interact with members and solve their requirements
• Respond compassionately and resolve member service inquiries in one single call.
