Principais Responsabilidades: Conhecer e manter-se atualizado nos produtos promovidos, doenças e tratamentos da Diabetes e Obesidade; Manter-se atualizado em relação ao mercado farmacêutico e os concorrentes; Realizar análise territorial utilizando-se dos relatórios disponibilizados pela companhia; Gerenciar o cadastro médico baseado nas análises territoriais e conhecimento do campo; Visitar médicos para promover os produtos da linha, fornecer informações técnicas pertinentes e criar relacionamento, tornando-se referência ao médico para necessidades de informação em relação aos medicamentos promovidos; Implementação de eventos: contatar palestrantes, agendar local e data, convidar médicos e executar o evento localmente no formato presencial ou virtual; Efetuar relatórios de visitas, vendas e despesas, para controle gerencial; Participação em avaliações frequentes de conhecimento prático e teorico; Implementar ações acordadas na ferramenta de desenvolvimento; Pré-Requisitos: Disponibilidade para viagens; Conhecimentos em Diabetes e Obesidade será considerado diferencial; Formação escolar: Necessário superior completo e pós graduação será um diferencial; Desejável Inglês avançado/intermediário (será considerado diferencial) Bons conhecimentos de Pacote Office; Competências: Planejamento e organização, relacionamento interpessoal, habilidade de negociação, capacidade de comunicação verbal e analítica; Residir na Cidade de Porto Alegre | RS Área de atuação: Porto Alegre e cidades da região Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
